Junior Cadets (8 yrs -11yr olds) take place Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm and Sundays 2-3pm

Teen Cadets (12 yrs old - adults) takes place Mondays 6.30pm, Thursdays 7.30pm-8.30pm & Sundays at 3pm. 

We also teach a Wexford Tae Kwon Do Beginners class every Saturday at 2pm in Gaelscoil Charman, see www.lgtkd.ie.

This is a perfect time to learn Tae Kwon Do. Beginners learn basic fundamental movements, sparring, patterns, destruction and the theory of Tae Kwon Do in a safe, fun and active environment. 

If you have previously done Tae Kwon Do then we welcome you to join our Senior class.
